Aim and Objectives:
- Physical education is a cornerstone of the educational system, designed to foster the holistic development of individuals.
- Physical education encompasses physical, mental, and social dimensions, aiming to create well-individuals who contribute to a healthier and more active society
- Physical Education is a vital component of the educational curriculum, with a set of well-defined aims designed to enrich the lives of students in multiple dimensions. These aims encompass not only physical health but also mental, social, and emotional aspects.
Course Outcomes:
- The general and specific fitness is the outcome of sports training. The students learn various sports training methodology which could be used to develop all the fitness components and sports performance. Students also find this science to be very useful to prepare short, medium and long term training plans.
